We was appointed as the lead designer for a private residential project involving the design and coordination of a new basement level, To be used a separate flat for the client. Making changes to the internal reconfiguration of the ground floor, and a adding rear extension to enhance living space and natural light of the property to modernize the space and create a open space design to create a larger living space. 

The scope also included internal layout modifications to the first floor to create a Master Bedroom, Walk in closet and Ensuite to fully maximize the clients living spaces. Further more we designed a loft conversion to add space and value to the property.

The Responsibilities covered concept development, space planning, technical design coordination, and preparation of drawings for planning and construction Purposes
