For this project, We worked with an external interior design studio to produce detailed existing condition drawings for a listed property in Queens Gate Gardens. the work included a full measured survey, producing accurate existing floor plans, elevations, sections,  interior layouts, and a complete window schedule.

​The building is listed, so extra care was taken to record all original features and details accurately. The drawings provided the Interior design team with a clear and reliable foundation to develop their refurbishment plans, helping them understand the space while respecting the building’s heritage.
